Micaela Baldner, Esq.

Micaela Baldner, Esq.

Family Law Attorney | Educator | Child & Family Transition Advocate

Micaela Baldner is a family law attorney and educator whose work is centered on helping families navigate transition with clarity, compassion, and practical support. Micaela primarily focuses on family law matters involving divorce, custody, child support, and other sensitive family-related issues.

Before entering private practice, Micaela worked at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office in the Child Support Enforcement Unit, where she gained valuable experience in cases involving children, parents, and complex family dynamics. Prior to becoming an attorney, Micaela spent more than 14 years working with children in educational settings, supporting students through academic, behavioral, and social-emotional challenges.

Her background gives her a unique perspective on family transition. Micaela understands that what happens in court does not stay in court; it affects children at home, at school, and in their everyday lives. Through The Baldner Group, she brings together her legal experience and educational background to help families move forward with greater structure, support, and child-focused solutions.

Micaela's work is grounded in the belief that families deserve more than legal answers alone. They deserve guidance that considers the whole picture: the parents, the children, the conflict, the school environment, and the future they are trying to build.
