By using this site, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. This doesn't affect your right to contact us through other channels for a specific question.

This site does NOT offer binding legal, medical, psychological or academic advice. It is an informational vitrine that lets you schedule initial consults. Any professional relationship with The Baldner Group requires a separate signed agreement with the corresponding professional.

Specifically:

There is no attorney-client relationship until you sign a retainer agreement with Micaela Baldner.

There is no psychotherapist-patient relationship until you sign informed consent with Carolina Baldner.

Nothing you read on the blog replaces individualized professional consultation.

All site content (text, images, video, logo, code) is owned by The Baldner Group or its respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or commercially use this content without our written permission. You may share links to individual pages freely.

We ask that you not use the site to:

Send false, abusive, illegal or spam content.

Try to access non-public parts of the site (admin, private APIs).

Automated scraping or deliberate overloading.

Impersonate another person in forms.

If we detect such uses, we may block your access without prior notice.

We do what's reasonable to keep the site operational and information accurate, but do not guarantee it's error-free or available 100% of the time. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunity, or consequences of decisions made based on blog information. For real legal or clinical decisions, schedule a consult with us.

Some buttons take you to third-party systems (Clio for legal scheduling, Calendly or SimplePractice for sessions, Mailchimp for newsletter). Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies. When you interact with them, their rules also apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute arising from use of the site will be resolved in Miami-Dade County courts, Florida.
